Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Production All T2DGear products are made to order through our print-on-demand and dropship fulfillment partners. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and handling before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
Total delivery time = production (2–5 business days) + transit time below.

- Free Standard shipping is available on US orders over $70.
- Economy shipping is available on select products only.
- Carrier selection is determined by your fulfillment partner based on product type and destination.
- Expedited shipping is not currently available.
Fulfillment Partners Your order may be fulfilled by one of our trusted partners — including Printify, Gelato, Apliiq, CJDropshipping, Contrado, Matterhorn, MarketPrint, Podbase, Trendsi, or Fiidom — depending on the product ordered. Ship-from location and carrier will vary accordingly.
Duties & Customs (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. T2DGear LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.
Order Tracking A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect carrier activity.
